We believe that God is passionate about being worshipped by the nations of the earth. Because of that we feel it is our honor and responsibility to go and tell about the love of Christ to all the peoples of the earth. At Crossroads we don't want missions to be an after thought as the church grows, but we want it to be a priority from the very beginning. We believe that God's heart is for all the nations of the earth to know Him and follow him.
globally minded
Over the years CR has taken short term teams all over the world, including places such as Brazil, Burkina Faso (Africa), Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Peru. In the summer of 2006 we took a team of nine to the southern part of Peru for an exploratory trip to possibly consider adopting some un-reached people group. Six members were there for a week and three others stayed all summer. After the trip we feel lead to adopt this people group so that the gospel of Jesus would be shared to those who have never heard it before.
Though we are totally sold out on the exciting things the Lord is leading our church into in Peru, we still also recognize and support the efforts of other missionaries close to us going to all different parts of the country and the world. Here are a few we love:
